KNOWING what to do and actually DOING it are two very different things!
As a gym owner I’ve gotten to help 100’s of people hit their weight loss goals.
Yet I myself was really struggling about a few years ago!
We had A LOT going on, and the stress and the overwhelming workload was getting to me.
I told myself that MY goals revolved around martial arts, not weight loss — in fact, that it HELPED me to be a bigger guy (even though it was fat, not muscle).
However, the more I delved into “body transformation” coaching the more I could feel the cognitive dissonance weighing heavier on me.
And time flies!
I believe that a leader should ALWAYS “Lead From The Front”, yet I was starting to define my life very differently… and NOT as a leader!
So I finally humbled myself, re-evaluated my priorities, and got myself MY OWN Body Transformation Coach.
He hasn’t taught me anything new…
Instead, he’s given me the ACCOUNTABILITY I need,
He’s given me the CLARITY I need,
He’s given me the personal GUIDANCE I need,
And he’s given me the INSPIRATION I need.
(Sometimes he gives me the kick in the butt I need as well)
I hadn’t planned on sharing this photo today, but my wife is updating the website for our own “body transformation” coaching program (1-N-Done Weight Loss) and she needed my progress pics.
When I put them together I felt proud and wanted to share.
