Unless you have a strategy for developing the mindset of CONSISTENCY, you’re always going to be on the rollercoaster of “motivation one day, apathy the next”🎢
That’s why REAL transformation happens from the inside out. The body you create on the outside is a reflection of who you become on the inside.

In our 1-N-Done Weight Loss program we focus on 3 key areas of what we call the “Inner Game of Weight Loss”.
𝟏. 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
𝟐. 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
𝟑. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬
🔑𝟏. 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
So many of us see motivation as something we have no control over. It comes and goes. And when it’s gone we wait around for the next wave to hit🌊
What if, instead, you had a strategy for re-upping your motivation on a daily basis?
Where could you be in 10 years? Could that 1 new skill completely transform your life?
🔑𝟐. 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
If motivation is like pushing down on the gas pedal, then inner alignment is like taking your foot off the break. It makes success so much easier!
What do I mean by “inner alignment”?
Have you ever gone to a party where you didn’t know very many people? Did a part of you want to engage, socialize and “let your hair down”? Yet another part of you just couldn’t do it? You couldn’t relax and “just be yourself”… It was like you were being policed by…well…you!👮
No?? Just me?? *whomp whomp*😞
Well, if you can relate in any way, we would call that weird happening “inner conflict”. One part of us wants one thing and another part of us wants something else.
Is this true of you when it comes to, say, working out? Or sticking to a food plan?
What if you could pinpoint all the inner conflicts that are holding you back🎯 and strategically go to work on resolving them. Not by repressing them. But by aligning them — hence the term “inner alignment”.
🔑𝟑. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬
A mental frame is the meaning we put around an experience, just like a picture frame that goes around a photo🖼 You and I can have the same experience and yet we can each take away completely different meanings.
One of the worst frames — and one that’s all too common — is the S̲H̲A̲M̲E̲ ̲F̲R̲A̲M̲E̲. For a lot of people, weight loss is about taking one’s punishment for their sins of worshipping at the cookie-crumb laden feet of the Nestle god🍫🧞♂️
Even worse, shame is so pervasive and sinister that its often used by coaches and athletes alike as a “motivational tool”.
I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had people tell me that they just need someone who’ll “kick their butts (aka: chastise or guilt them) if they mess up”😕
What if you were selective about the frames you adopted? What if you adopted a more empowering frame — and it got you to your goals FASTER? How could you re-frame your journey of self-discovery and transformation in new ways? Would it change the very essence of the journey? Would it change the outcome? Would you gain more from it than simply “hitting a goal”?
