Even after a decade of nutrition training and certification, and real world experience with hundreds of clients, my “Superfoods Diet” approach still serves as the foundation of our nutrition coaching program.

The “Superfoods Diet” philosophy goes like this:

If you were to narrow down ALL of the foods in the grocery store into the top 0.01% of nutritious foods, what would you be left with?
ย
What would happen if you focused on fitting those 20-30 foods into your diet on a regular basis, say perhaps 3 servings of each per week?
No food is off limits, but you MUST find a way to fit in your Superfoods for the week.
I call this “Crowding out the bad with more of the good”.
