Bruce Lee referred to JKD as "the art of fencing without a sword". And on Day 1 we'll focus on the direct and efficient use of kicks in JKD.
Chris Kent will teach you how to use your feet as tools for both offense and defense, enabling you to control distance, disrupt your opponent’s rhythm, and maintain fluidity in your movement.
You'll learn how to kick with precision and purpose, all while maximizing speed and efficiency.
